We are seeing lot of examples which are quite complex to allow us to dig into that efficiently:

# having external dependencies
# involving code which is not mentioned in issue report
# does involve components which are not necessary in case of reproduction

>From other side, reports are not complete enough:

# missing all appropriate debug logs (based on type of issue)

I'm proposing creation of wiki which will say what does examples have to meet to be accepted into process.
All other issues should be considered and may be assigned to QE for reproduction, but with lesser priority.
