release-all job uses also other repositories than repository.jboss.org. this can be potentionally issue as me may want to satisfy that

(a) we are releasing with no SNAPSHOT dependencies
(b) built will be stable (can be built from repository.jboss.org over years)

Both (a) and (b) can be satisfied by strict using repository.jboss.org staging repo for all repositories including central.

Should I investigate more if we can satisfy the conditions above during testing process?
