I have a couple of questions:

Not sure what you mean here. Can you please elaborate? I can't find any MyFaces mentions in that section.

That class is not in the file at http://anonsvn.jboss.org/repos/richfaces/trunk/ui/input/ui/src/main/resources/META-INF/resources/org.richfaces/calendar.ecss
Can you confirm what it should be?

These classes have no skin parameters mapped, so the tables aren't necessary. Does it look too weird?
