I have created simple app with using of JBoss Tools 3.3.0.M3 and Eclipse Indigo. Please see the attachment for further reference.

*I have not found any unreported issue.*

My only suggestion is to add somewhere to the developer guide more detailed tutorial for creating RichFaces app.
For example I would suggest to add there:
-there is a need for adding libraries such as: guava, css-parser
-maybe it will be useful to add there also some stuff about JSF, for beginner developers like me.
