Matrix build

1. Checkout all framework modules
1. Run build from 'build' module
** mvn clean verify -Pbuild,release -Djsf_profile=${PROFILE}
** PROFILE={jboss,myfaces}
** default profile does not have to be built, since it is part of regular build (and it would be necessary to handle default build profile, where -Djsf_profile needs to be omitted)
