I have verified showcase JIRAS(RFPL-1599) after upgrading jQuery and using IE9 in compatibility mode with these results:

*24* issues with label ie9_normal_jq151, which means that these are issues which are solved when the jQuery was upgraded and the IE9 was in compatibility mode. The upgrade is not the solution, the solution is compatibility mode.

*1* issue with label ie9_jq151, which means this issue was solved by upgrading of jQuery

*4* issues with label ie9, which means issues which was not solved neither by upgrading nor by using compatibility mode.
