Richfaces 4.3.0.20120802-M1 Tomcat 7.0.29 and myfaces

Metamer built locally from 4.3.0.20120802-M1 tag:
f8eef34e92d92f35ac50c7b55d56a075  target/metamer-tomcat7-myfaces.war


Problems found:

rich:calendar
  - when set an attribute on calendar with selected date, no popup is displayed when click on icon again,
    and whole area with attributes disappear. But this behavior is only on simple.xhtml page 
    (not e.g on fAjax.xhtml)

rich:column
  - sorting.xhtml doesn't work

rich:dataTable
  - sorting-using-column.xhtml sorting by click on table header link causes status ERROR and no sorting performed

rich:dragAndDrop
  - drop doesn't work. Even indicator show correct color when move over area, when drop, sometimes indicator remain on this place (should disappear), but item is not added into list. So drop action seems not performed.

rich:dropDownMenu
  - missing icon near to "File" label (even within menu items contains icon). Doesn't work for both examples topMenu, as well as for sideMenu

rich:EDT
  - sort-using-component-controll: doesn't work scrolling or sorting - ERROR status appears on any action.
  - sorting-using-column.xhtml: doesn't work sorting (scrolling is ok)

rich:menuGroup
  - missing arrow at the right of item containing another submenu. (And like dropDownMenu, "File" labeled item in main menu is missing icon ("nonexistin" is displayed)

rich:orderingList
  - doesn't' work: manual order is lost on submit. (in orderingList, and in list bottom still remain without change)

rich:panelMenu
  - click on item doesn't display item ID in outputPanel (but this doesn't work with mojarra too. Maybe bug in metamer, since it is working in similar example)

rich:tabPanel
  - tab switching on newly created tabs doesn't work: exception page: 
    "/components/richTabPanel/addTab2.xhtmlNo saved view state could be found for the view identifier: /components/richTabPanel/addTab2.xhtml"

rich:toolbar, rich:toolbarGroup
  - missing all icons in toolbar

rich:tree
  - tree leafs open doesn't work (status: ERROR) and nodes doesn't get expand
