I've fixed TomEE's profile, so the tests can now run.

But I've not been able to setup the logging appropriately.

The properties file for logging is correctly set and passed to TomEE, but the settings for logging level of packages is not working as with usual Tomcat. 

So, for now, I set the level for all logging messages to 'SEVERE'. This was the only thing that worked from 'logging.properties' file;

The 'logging.properties' file with configuration is situated in 'Metamer/ftest/src/test/resources/tomEE'. I also left there some commented logging levels for packages.
