ResourceTracker should allow to review what resources (scripts/stylesheets and possibly even images?) are added to the page and react accordingly.

This can be tied with event fired when all component tree is built including adding all arbitrary component resources (@ResourceDependency).

Extensions can react on this event and process resource (aggregate them, modify the URLs, etc.).
