We should run our components in a stateless setup to verify they work in such an environment.
[~ppitonak] I think the easiest solution here would be to add a {{transient="#\{someBean.transient\}"}} attribute to the metamer views. We could then run our functional tests in a stateless environment for all components. WDYT?
