NOTE: with MyFaces no error appears since there tab delete doesn't work

When create 2 new tabs (tab6 and tab7), then delete one (tab6) and click "a4j Create tab" again, no new tab appears, but error in log appears instead:

Error Rendering View[/components/richTabPanel/addTab2.xhtml]: java.lang.IllegalStateException: Component ID form:tab7 has already been found in the view.

Have make sure if it is caused by tabId creating implementation, or if it is caused by tabPanel impl.
