[~bleathem], I didn't forget about this step but nobody notified me about distribution being on downloads.jboss.org.

After QE team finishes testing of a release, dev team needs to upload framework and CDK distribution to downloads.jboss.org and after that we can perform this step. You need to let us know somehow (dev list/internal list/irc/face-to-face) that bits are already on download server ;)
