[~ppitonak], all tests were rewritten and are available for review on branch [RFPL-3879-warp-tests-rewrite|https://github.com/richfaces/richfaces/tree/RFPL-3879-warp-tests-rewrite].

Also the push tests should be stable now (RF-13888) (no failure in 10 runs on phantomjs). The workaround is somehow ugly and I have not tried it in CI, but I have re-enabled them.
