[rules-dev] Parameters in DROOLS Queries?

not at the moment - you can kind of achieve this by adding some extra
patterns for the queries that act as parameters.

This is at least the second time we have had this request - Mark when did we
decide we would do this? I am not sure if it will be for 3.2, but we will do
it sooner or later, I remember that much.
