[rules-dev] M2_REPO \ use of Maven2 repository?

M2_REPO is a standard eclipse variable that points to ~/.m2/repository.

You'll need to build the softwaqre from command line first, so that 
maven pulls in all the dependencies, then eclipse should be able to find 
the dependencies.
