[rules-dev] Drools-solver released zip broken

Looks like someone already added it meanwhile. Thanks for pointing this 
release checklist out so it could be added :)
Are there any other such wiki pages I should be aware of?

Last time I already added an integration testcase, but that didn't catch 
the bug in runExamples.sh :/
When I confirm it's caused by using an older maven version,
I 'll add a prerequisite to the main pom.xml so maven will simple fail 
fast if you have a too old maven version.
