[rules-dev] Guvnor 5.1 war file is nownamedasdrools-5.1.0-guvnor.war?

So the consensue is to use a name convention of 
<artifact>-<version>.war. I will update Guvnor doc to reflect this 
change. Mark, once I have the doc updated, do we need to upload a new 
version of doc to the website?
