[rules-dev] Guvnor 5.1 war file is nownamedasdrools-5.1.0-guvnor.war?

but we don't wnat that name to be part of the URL when people deploy it to
their container of choice - so either they need to remember to rename it, or
the context name needs to be set (not sure if you can do that in a standard
war?).
