[rules-dev] drools mailing list webpage: mention gmane newsgroups too

I don't have the login to the CMS - Mark are you able to dig it up? And can
we give the login to others in the community so it is spread around a bit?
(it has a simple WYSIWYG interface for editing the website - pretty easy to
use - although a bit strange and CMS like at first - not a wiki).
