[rules-dev] KnowledgeBaseEvent on KnowledgeAgent

Really I didn't debug my code, but with defferent tests, I found that
including a KnowledgeBase as parameter in the KnowledgeAgent don't have
impact or changes.

perhaps it will be fixed in next released
