[rules-dev] Problem setting Sequential for kbase Drools 5.1.1

I tried programmatically setting the VM system property but finally it
worked when I set -Ddrools.sequential=true on the command line.

Would be good if the drools-spring config allowed the property to be set
when the bean is defined.
