Yes, the build seems broken. I miss drools-flow-core.jar :

Error importing : 'org.drools.workflow.instance.node.WorkItemNodeInstance'
Error importing : 'org.drools.process.core.context.variable.VariableScope'
Error importing :
'org.drools.process.instance.context.variable.VariableScopeInstance'
Error importing : 'org.drools.process.instance.ProcessInstance'
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Could not
parse knowledge.

these classes are in trunk, but not in any jar.
