[rules-dev] Adjust your eclipse configuration change 1: Text files (including drl) should also use spaces instead of tabs

The README file is a work in progress, so as things improve,
I 'll ask you to do some changes to your workspace configuration to keep 
it in sync.


Do this if you're using eclipse:

    * Open menu /Window/, menu item /Preferences/.
    *

      Click tree item /General/, tree item /Editors/, tree item /Text
      Editors/.

          o

            Checkbox /Insert spaces for tabs/: |on|

          o

            Textfield /Displayed tab width/: |4|

    *

      Click tree item /CSS Files/, tree item /Editor/.

          o

            Radiobutton /Indent using space/: |on|

          o

            Textfield /Indentation size/: |4|
