[rules-dev] Branch date for 5.2.0.M2 is Sunday 20-MAR-2011 => postponed

Hudson is red on drools, integration, guvnor, tools and distribution.
So we should postpone the branch date until a little after all hudson 
projects are blue again (any day now :).
