That looks like RH's internal CI server URL.

You won't be able to access it unless on Red Hat's VPN.

I suspect you received the email because you made a commit (merged pull
request) that is in the failed build (it does not mean you broke the build).

If however it transpires you have broken the build we will have to hunt you
down and seek retribution.
