[rules-dev] Last snapshot available of Guvnor

Guvnor has changed GAV, it can be found here:
http://snapshots.jboss.org/maven2/org/kie/guvnor/guvnor-distribution-wars/

"Guvnor" is to be split into a generic "asset management" framework and a
"Drools Workbench" (that will re-use "Guvnor" and be composed of all the
current editors).

The GAV is to be changed again before 6.0.0.Final. Discussions are still in
progress as to what the future GAV will be.
