[rules-dev] Issue with Guvnor 6.x on Google Chrome

Can you be more explicit re: why you cannot do a full build? I am able on
my 4GB Think Pad T510.

The only problem I occasionally have is the build hanging on Errai's
"Building bootstrap..."  stage. If this is taking more than 5 minutes with
no progress suspect a dead-lock.
