[rules-dev] Problem to build with CR2 due missing dashboard-builder-bom:pom:6.1.0.CR2 -> don't use maven 3.2.2

Hey Geoffrey,

Actually, I was able to build jbpm using 3.2.2 but I had to include a 
repository containing dashboard-builder-bom:pom:6.1.0.CR2 artifact.
