[rules-dev] Trying to develop RuleML (LegalRuleML) XML language for Drools

To clarify on Mark's statement: 
Drools has deprecated any other XML format **for the serialization of DRL**.
As time allows, we are actually trying to expand the number and scope of
supporting 
languages, such as PMML or OWL, regardless of their serialization.
