geoffrey did some work to include the examples in the main build
system, but it wasn't correct so I had to remove it. Ideally it should
be included, so that we atleast get compilation errors.<br>

They often break and dependencies are not automatically copied to
its lib dir.<br>

happens) - it would be better if they were integration tests and
something else extracted them into a separate downloadable zip.<br>

We certainly could make them part of the maven build, but the problem
is that all the other integration tests are in -compiler. <br>
