[rules-users] Trouble upgrading to Drool 4.0

    4.0GA is the final version. MR3 was an old milestone release, meaning,
it was not feature complete and there were some changes between it and final
version.
    What site were you looking at? Please let us know because we need to
take it down... the correct one is this:
