[rules-users] BaseDescr and addOrMerge method

   Raffaele,

   This method is used specially by optimization procedures in drools
compiler, so that connectives like AND that contain a child AND are merged
in a single one, etc.
   Best way to learn about how it is used is to look at the DRL.g grammar.
