[rules-users] 3.2M1 - is it available?

Trunk is stable and people have been testing and using it, we had a bug
reported that I was holding the relesae up for, but turns out thats due
to java6. I'm just waiting for mic to get back home so I can include the
repository and brms and then we'll release, so any day now. But as I
said you can start using trunk now, its near enough whats goign to be in M1.
