[rules-users] Drools api/language changes break backwards compatability

Those changes are already detailed in various places, we will bring them 
together into one place and put into the distribution in the README. The 
upgrade script already handles some basic stuff (see blog), and over 
time, with community involvement, we hope to improve it further.
