[rules-users] Eclipse reports ExceptionInInitializer

I am seeing this error only in the Package Explorer. The editor does not 
show any errors. I would greatly appreciate it if someone familiar with 
the Eclipse plugin would tell me how I might be able to figure out what 
is causing this?
