[rules-users] 3.1M1 IDE compatible with Eclipse 3.2.2?

I have copied org.drools.ide_3.1.0.1.jar into my eclipse plugins 
directory and restarted eclipse. My drl files are not syntax colored, I 
do not see the JBoss Rules icon in the toolbar and I cannot find the 
JBoss Rules plugin listed under Help->About->Plugin Details.

I haven't found any docs saying whether this should work or not. Please 
help me out.
