[rules-users] API JSR-94

Hello,
I'm new in drools,
I want to implement JSR-94 client code in my system workflow.
Please I want to know the package javax.rules.* and
javax.rules.administrator.* is standart for only for JSR-94 ,which allows
bypassing the vendor lock in, or we can used for any implementation we want.
