[rules-users] BRMS security setup on Weblogic

Hi,

I've installed BRMS (4.0.6) on Weblogic Server (10.0) and need to create
user accounts/password to grant access to a few users. Any instructions
on setting up BRMS security on Weblogic will be helpful.
