[rules-users] Drools 4.0.7 - call for testers

[Mark Proctor]

Please everyone help QA 4.0.x branch for regressions, which becomes 
4.0.7, especially the eclipse and mvel stuff. We really want to try and 
put this out monday/tuesday next week.
