[rules-users] Can Rule call another Rule

The logic appears to be inconsistent: what happens when there is a gold 
task with order>10000?
Are there criteria for assigning a task to equally qualified agents?
You might consider adding a field to the task object that is a list of 
the candidate agents for the task. The rules would add or remove agents 
from the list until all the rules have fired and then one final rule 
picks one of the agents on the resulting list.
