[rules-users] JSR-94 and JEE integration

The "Rules Framework" project @ sourceforge,
https://sourceforge.net/projects/rules/,
addresses this scenario, especially the JSR 94 based JCA resource adapter
and the
JSR 94 based Stateless Decision Service.
