[rules-users] accessing drools 3 documentation and download ?

You will need to build from docbook.

3.0.5 is available on maven repository 
too,http://repository.jboss.com/maven2/org/drools/, 3.0.6 doesn't seem 
to be there for some reason - maybe we forgot to upload it.
