[rules-users] error in writing test scenarios

Hi,
here is my Error,rule and test scenario screen shots ...
Explanation about the rule:
compares modBrwrFullName and modCoBrwrFullName properties of LOSDocument
with the dmsName1 of DMSRulesHelper.

I wrote the test scenario similar to that...but it is not working...i really
banging my head with guvnor from the last three days for the solution...

please help me out to get this work done ...
