[rules-users] Question on Rule Flow and Web Console

Yes I think I will use either an XOR or a Rule List But I have a question
about this because i was trying them yesterday:

1- Do I have to use either the rule or XOR or I have to use then both
together?
2- How I can pass a parameter to a rule or an XOR ?
3- can u give me an example on an XOR or Rule?
