[rules-users] Upload an existing .drl for the Guvnor dynamically

Thanks Andrew and Mark for your ideas!

I like the REST-Interface and i will try to use it.
But what I'm still missing is: After I uploaded new rules to guvnor,
is there a programmatic way to initiate a new build so that the new rules
get activated?
