[rules-users] Rule removal in BRMS 5.1/Drools Guvnor

I am using BRMS 5.1.  Yes, I did try it.  I need to archive it first, and
then go to archive under Administration.  Choose the asset which I archived
before, then choose 'Delete selected assets'
