[rules-users] FUSION jumping windows

   At this moment, there is no support for jumping (or tumbling, as it is
also known) windows. It is planned for future versions.

   The way to do it now, if you need is to use a helper window fact.
Regarding perf, you would need to check if it would be fast enough for your
use case.
