[rules-users] Drools 5.0 concat string in matches of regular expression

I tried the latest MVELs 2.0.15 and 2.0.16 and no luck.
The error message says now:
[java] Unable to determine the used declarations.
[java] [Error: unexpected symbol ' ']
[java] [Near : {... s.email ~= ( ".*@" + blacklist ....}]
[java] ^
[java] [Line: 1, Column: 61] : [Rule name='BL: Block mail domain']
