[rules-users] Thrift server implementation for Drools

Hello,

We currently use drools-server to execute rules from our ruby environment.
I have been reading about Thrift, originally from Facebook but now in Apache
-- http://incubator.apache.org/thrift/

Has anyone worked on this approach, or thinking about doing so?
