[rules-users] Add Applictaion Jar file in Guvnor

Hi,

1) Upload an existing JAR file containing POJOs for your model

2) Create a model within Guvnor (in essence similar to using "declare" in
your DRL - see 3.7.1 of Expert's manual, but done visually).
